Noel Betowski Biography

Noel Betowski was born in Tilbury, Essex in1952, he has exhibited consistently from 1982, been a full time professional artist since the late 1980s.

1969-71 Thurrock Technical College. Foundation Course, Art & Design.
1973-76 The Central School of Art, London. B.A. Fine Art, Painting.
1976-77 London University. Institute of Education. A.T.C.
1981-85 Painting and teaching painting part time at ‘The City Literary Institute‘, Holborn, London and for Haringey Adult Education, London. 
1987 Moved to West Cornwall. Painting full time.
